The Talent Acquisition Team reviews all applications. During the application process, you are able to express interest in other opportunities within our network. Please submit an application for your most highly preferred position and let us know during a phone interview if there are any other opportunities that might interest you. We will collaborate to find the role that you are most interested in, most qualified for, and located at your preferred campus or region.

• Wisconsin: At HOPE Christian Schools, you are required to have a bachelor’s degree to get started in a lead teacher role with the willingness to pursue further educational credit or State of Wisconsin certification in your first three years.
• Arizona: At EAGLE College Prep Schools, you are required to have a bachelor’s degree and valid State of Arizona teaching certification or be highly qualified with a valid State of Arizona substitute certification to get started in a lead teacher role.

When completing an interview with Open Sky Education, it is important for every candidate to come prepared to talk about their education, experience and career aspirations. Candidates may also want to research our organization to be well-informed on the mission and values that fulfill our lives.

The interview process is progressive and as such the time for each interview varies, especially depending on the role. In general you can plan on: 

• 15 - 30 minutes on the phone for the initial screening interview with our Talent Acquisition Team. 

  • 1 - 2 hours to complete our Modern Hire on-demand video interview. These are typically requested to be returned within 72 hours. 
  • 60 - 90 minutes for the live video or in-person interviews. Please keep in mind that this may vary based on position.
