Jazmin Ratliff graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Social Welfare. With several years of experience working with children in various domains, including teaching 1st and 2nd grade. She has developed a strong passion for guiding young learners through both the fundamentals of life and education.
Known for creating a positive and loving classroom culture, she has been recognized for fostering an environment where students thrive. Jazmin’s dedication to student growth is reflected in consistently high MAP scores, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence. As of the 24-25 school year, she has transitioned into the role of Dean of Instruction, where she continues to support and elevate educational practices across the school, ensuring that both students and educators have the tools and resources they need for success.
Outside of the classroom, she enjoys cooking, baking, and exploring creative outlets, always seeking new ways to combine passion and creativity in everyday life.
